At Turi Privē, we aim to deliver a seamless and elegant experience from the moment you place your order to the final unboxing. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Dubai:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are delivered the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

Other Emirates (outside Dubai):

Delivery takes 1–2 business days, depending on the exact location.

All shipments within the UAE are carefully packed in our signature Turi Prive gift box and handled with most care.

The Netherlands

Orders shipped to the Netherlands may take up to 14 business days to arrive.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Shipping Destinations

We currently offer delivery in UAE and the Netherlands only.

If you do not see your destination listed during checkout, please email us at info@turiprive.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Address

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate. Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

If you're located in Dubai, select products may be eligible for same-day delivery. Contact us for availability.

🖊️ Signature & Insurance

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Each parcel is insured for loss or damage while in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please notify the courier immediately and contact us at info@turiprive.com.

🔁 Returns & Delays

Once a return is approved, we will notify you via email. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@turiprive.com.
