Other Emirates (outside Dubai): Delivery takes 1–2 business days , depending on the exact location. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Signature & Insurance

What happens if my order is damaged or lost in transit?

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Each parcel is insured for loss or damage while in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please notify the courier immediately and contact us at info@turiprive.com.

Returns & Delays

What if my refund is delayed?

Once a return is approved, we will notify you via email. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@turiprive.com.
