1. Shopping

How can I search for your products?
Use the site search—enter product names, numbers, or categories—and browse curated category pages to explore available styles and fabrics. 

How do I make a purchase?
Select the desired size and color on the product page, click Add to Cart, then proceed to checkout:

  1. Log in or create an account.

  2. Enter shipping information, agree to terms, choose gift or delivery options.

  3. Select payment method and confirm purchase.
    Once completed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.

How can I check stock availability?
Stock levels are updated in real-time until the purchase is completed. If your desired size/color is out of stock, you can submit a product request form—our Customer Service team will follow up with personalized assistance.

Are your products authentic?
We guarantee that every item sold on our site is 100% genuine. We cannot authenticate items purchased from third-party platforms.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes detailed international size charts to help you select the perfect fit.


2. Account & Payments

Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. By creating an account, you can track your orders, manage addresses, save favorites, and request returns or exchanges.

What if I forget my password?
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Follow the instructions to reset your password securely. 

How is my location determined?
We detect your country and currency automatically via your IP address to enhance your shopping experience.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We deliver to numerous international regions. For destinations not covered, please email our Customer Service. 

Can my order be sent to multiple addresses?
Not in a single order. Please place separate orders if you want deliveries to different addresses. For corporate orders, contact Customer Service. 

Can I collect my online order in-store?
Yes. Select Pick Up in Store during checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready. Please present your ID and order number. If needed, you may authorize someone else with a signed delegation form. Orders will be held for 14 days. 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, no. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. 

How will my order be packed?
All items are elegantly presented in our signature packaging. 

Is the shipment insured?
All in-transit orders are insured for theft or accidental damage until delivery signature. After delivery, any issues should be reported promptly. 

Do I need to sign for delivery?
Yes—signature is required as proof of delivery. 

How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Log in to your account to monitor your shipment status anytime.


4. Taxes, Duties & Restrictions

Are customs, taxes, or duties applied?
All applicable taxes and import duties are calculated during checkout and itemized in your invoice. Some territories (e.g. California) may have additional restrictions on specific materials. 


5. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?
You may return or exchange (only for size or color change of the same item) within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Exchanges beyond size or color will require returning and placing a new order. 

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Log in to your account, find your order, and request a return/exchange. You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number. Pack the items with the number, tags intact, and use the prepaid return label.

Can I return a gift?
Yes, gifts purchased online follow the same return policy. If purchased in-store, refer to store-specific rules.


6. Alterations & Warranty

Do you offer alterations?
Complimentary alterations are offered within 6 months of purchase for purchases made through our site or in-store. Bring the item and the original receipt. 

What is covered by your product warranty?
We provide a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Customers must retain the original receipt. Warranty does not cover wear-and-tear or misuse. 


7. Account Features

What is the Wishlist?
You can save items to your Wishlist (or namebook) for later, by clicking the star icon on product or category pages. It’s best used while logged in to retain selections. 


8. Privacy & Security

How do you use cookies and personal data?
We manage cookies and personal data according to our Privacy Policy, using industry-standard security practices. For detailed information, please refer to our Cookie & Privacy section. 


9. Digital Authenticity & Traceability

Can I verify the authenticity of my product digitally?
For traceable items, scan the QR code provided with your product to activate and claim ownership. You’ll register your purchase and receive a digital certificate.  
Please note: once ownership is claimed, exchanges or returns may no longer be available.
